The Entrepreneur
The topic of my current post is called the entrepreneur and the business venture. The purpose of my post would be to provide a concise definition of the characteristics of the entrepreneur and the business venture. I wanted to provide information relevant for an entrepreneur for business planning purposes. I also wanted to provide an account of a college experience and a business profile. An entrepreneur is individual who organizes, manages, and assumes the financial risk of a business or enterprise. The role would be an administrator role as well. Another key characteristic would be an individual who builds the operation of the enterprise. The entrepreneur would be the proprietor.
The Business Venture
The business venture as I mentioned earlier would be defined as a new business entity created within an established firm. The new business entity would be deploying an innovation system. A new system of operation. The entrepreneur and the business venture would exist to create a new business market.
Case Study
I want to provide an account of a college experience. I discovered though my education of case studies, whereas a college student, I would study a business profile of a company. The account would be of a business profile of a company with a core product. A business unit begins to grow labor wise through unit sales of a core product. Through the success of a core product, an entrepreneur would begin to launch another product. Entrepreneurial management and operations would exist to build a core product as a profit center. Essentially, an entrepreneur would assign executive roles as the business unit grows. The purpose of the business unit would function as a profit center of a core product. Within the succession of a core product to another product launch, a business unit grows. New positions would be created through entrepreneurial management. The entrepreneur and the business venture would exist to build a succession of the core product.
Brand Awareness
I discovered through my education that brand awareness and business development would be critical. Brand awareness would be accomplished though marketing. Brand awareness would be the gateway to business development. I have provided a couple of links that provide information on the creators of the lean startup methodology.
